GUIDELINES FOR TRAUMA RECOVERY

The Thomas Fire, which affected so many in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and which led to the tragedy of the mudslide in Montecito, has left nearly everyone feeling disconnected and isolated. Our daily routine, safety and predictability of life has been turned upside down.  We recommend you look over these guidelines that can provide information about how to recognize the many things you and others may be feeling--physically, emotionally and mentally. Click here to download the handout- - "Guidelines for Trauma Recovery".

CHILD CARE AND SUNDAY SCHOOL AVAILABLE

Bring the kids as child care and Sunday School is in session every Sunday with our Children's Ministry Director, Janet Wood. (Certain Sundays excepted)
